Welcome to the 30 Day Challenge for July, where we’ll be looking at the STEM fields: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. I originally conceived of the as the Science & Math Challenge so those two categories will get more attention, but we will touch on all of them.

Today we want to know about your favorite STEM TV show, past or present. There’s lots of kids’ programming in this space but there are plenty of shows for curious adults as well. Feel free to break your answer out by subject if you like.

What do you like about the program(s) you chose? Do you prefer essay-style treatments of the content or something with more of a narrative? How do you feel about the trade-offs writers and producers make between accuracy and accessibility?
