The term Wishlist has a lot of meanings in the gaming community, but here I specifically mean all time wish fulfillment, the game you dream of getting if only there were no barriers in the way. Like, if I win the lottery tomorrow, some of that money is going to the exorbitantly expensive physical copies of now rare survival horror games, from Silent Hill to Fatal Frame. Someone else’s might be the Tellius Fire Emblem games, Chibi-Robo, any number of JRPGs. You get the idea. What’s at the top of your dream wishlist?

Also, an important note for the next Game news Roundup. Due to scheduling issues and the volume of info to cover for all the annual June events, my June Roundup isn’t yet finished, and I won’t have much more time to work on it this week as my family are flying in tonight. So I’m unfortunately delaying it by a whole two weeks to publish July 15th, after going a year and a half without any delays. I am very sorry about this. It’s the best solution available to make sure the Roundup remain at the standard of quality I want in the face of the games busy season coinciding with my wedding. To compensate for the wait and for the subsequent short July Roundup, I am committing to getting another non-news piece out by August or September. Thanks.
