The mountains just keep coming–Andorra is basically a mountain-country, being located in the Pyrenees, between France and Spain. The highest point in Andorra is Coma Pedrosa, at 9,656 feet / 2,943 meters. It lies within Parc Natural Comunal de les Valls del Comapedrosa.

Arid though the mountain appears in these summertime photos, Coma Pedrosa does receive a coating of snow in the winter, and hosts the typical assortment of winter sporting activities.
