Yeah, it’s not what I would call a “Good” Friday for lil’ ol’ me. As I type this, I am quite literally on my back trying to work out the source of a spasm that has been tormenting me for a few days. Suffice it to say, very little progress is being made, and what mental and physical energy I do have left will be devoted to finding an orthopedist. Hope your days have been going better than mine; but if they haven’t, that’s why you’re here. isn’t it?
As ever, have a safe and productive rest of the day. safe trip home, if out, and a great weekend. And remember: A little twinge now can make for much worse pain, later. Careful as to how you exert yourselves.
