Claudia was rather proud of how inconspicuous she and Jamie were being, despite Jamie’s repeated desire to challenge the guards to a game of war, even after she explained to him what “inconspicuous” means. They joined tour groups like flights of birds, wheeling through rooms with fine French and English furniture before splitting off and joining another flock to flit past illuminated manuscripts, then another inspecting the Middendorf II collection, then the Japanese Art room, before, finally, Claudia spotted what she’d been looking for: a bed. But not just any bed. This bed was huge, centuries old, with a towering canopy enveloping it completely, its ornate headboard and footboard flanked by four massive posts. Claudia pointed it out to Jamie proudly, but Jamie, being Jamie, balked.
“What’d we run away for if we’re just going to sleep in another bed? I will sleep on top of the toilet. Now there’s a challenge!”
Claudia sighed and led Jamie around the bed before telling him to read the card there.
“Please do not step on the platform.”
“Now you’re just being difficult on purpose,” Claudia scolded, pointing at the proper sign.
Claudia read, “scene of the alleged murder of Amy Robsart, first wife of Lord Robert Dudley, later Earl of . . .”
She stopped when she saw the smile growing on Jamie’s face.
“You know, you’re not too bad for a sister and a fussbudget,” Jamie admitted.
“You’re not too bad for a brother and a cheapskate,” Claudia replied.
They smiled at each other. Later, they each tried to explain in their own way what happened in that moment, but they couldn’t quite articulate it. What happened was that, in that moment, they weren’t just acting like a team; they became a team. You might call it caring. You could even call it love. And it is very rarely, indeed, that it happens to two people at the same time — especially a brother and a sister who had always spent more time with activities than they had with each other.

As the children made their way to the first-floor restrooms — a crucial step in their plan to evade the guards — they heard a strangely affected voice bark, “Bullshit! Derivative! It’s all derivative! Where is the life? Where is the chaaaaarm?”

Having been exposed as a charlatan, “Ongo Gablogian” was unceremoniously sacked. As the children left the museum and reentered through the back door, their instrument cases were thoroughly jostled by Ongo being escorted out by security.
Catherine (Ghost Spider) / Ongo Gablogian is dead. They were a Museum Employee (Vanilla Town)

Rules
Vote in the Vote Thread (sort by Oldest). Only votes in the Vote Thread will count. You may change or retract your vote until Twilight. Please post nothing but votes in the Vote Thread.
A tie at Twilight will result in a random player dying by RNG (from amongst all players on the board).
No editing or deleting posts on the Day Threads. Editing in Discord is allowed.
Do not directly quote, copy/paste, or screenshot Discord posts on the game threads.
No game-related talk after Twilight.
Try to post at least three times per game Day.
Role playing is welcome but not required.
Be kind. Critique arguments, not players. Site rules still apply to Werewolf, and sometimes what feels like just part of the game to one player can feel very personal to another player.
Have fun!
