Hey folks! Can you believe it? We’re nearly at 100 episodes! We’ll be recording the 100th episode of the AVoCADo GamesCast this Sunday evening (the 17th) Eastern Daylight Time.
As part of our 100th episode celebrations, well be doing our second-ever Q&A! In the subthread below, please submit questions you’d like us to answer. It can be anything from “What’s your favourite strategy game?” to “Which dead franchise would you like to revive?” to “Which video game character has the best butt?” Please feel free to submit multiple questions! We’ll answer as many as we can on the episode.
We’re also looking for participants for the episode. Here are the planned topics of discussion.
- A brief discussion of Rooster Teeth’s impending closure
- What we’ve been playing lately
- Q&A
- Our favourite moments from the podcast’s first 99 episodes
Because of that last topic, we’d prefer to have participants who have previously been on at least one episode.

- Any blocks of time on Sunday evening EDT when you won’t be available (e.g. if you can’t start before 5 PM EDT or stay after 11 PM EDT)
This episode will run long. Please budget at least three hours for recording.
As always, the GamesCast welcomes participants from diverse backgrounds. Regardless of your age, gender, sexual orientation, or cultural background, if you have something to say, we’d love to have you. We would especially love to have more women+ on the podcast; please sign up if you’re interested. The only hardware requirements are a decent-quality mic for recording (the mic on a mid-range headset usually suffices) and a stable Internet connection.
