For those just joining us, the idea for this thread grew out of Dry January: a place where people can discuss the habits they want to change or their relationships with booze, food, drugs, what-have-you.
This is a place to share your struggles, offer tips and support, or just know that others feel the same way. It’s amazing how community can help.
