One of my favorite small time X-Men characters is Iara Dos Santos. Debuting in Wolverine and the X-Men #20, Iara is a native of Recife, Brazil who’s mutant power is that she can turn into a shark humanoid. They call her Shark-Girl. I think she’s neat.
