Spud’s Up? Sunday Food Thread 9/26

In honor of Warmerdam’s Day thread yesterday (yes, I swiped your header image) let’s talk taters! I love ’em and will eat them prepared just about any way. Of course I really like them with a liberal application of dairy (butter, sour cream, cheese…) but they’re also good sliced thin, deep fried and salted.
