If people feel that they meaningfully experience the identity of being a person of color, then they are welcome to participate.)
This past week (year, lifetime) has been quite a lot, so today I wanted to ask about coping mechanisms and stress relief. What are you doing to help you cope these days? Are you satisfied with your strategies? What to integrate different ones? Is this something you don’t really prioritize or actively think about?
