Don’t adjust your browser, there’s no anime in this week’s post, because this is Krellis filling in for Lutair. (I guess I’m #11 in the picture above, and Lutair is #20.) And like I told Lutair Monday, I don’t hate anime, I just don’t know enough about it to pepper my posts with anime GIFs and references.
Anyway, for this week’s theme, let’s go with stories of when you tried a different activity from your usual thing. So, for example, if you’re like me and (theoretically) a runner, what are some non-running fitness activities you’ve tried? I tried the elliptical once while I was rehabbing from an injury (I think I hated it more than the treadmill, and that’s saying a lot). I’ve tried to get into yoga a couple of times. It hasn’t stuck yet, but I think that’s mostly on me.
And if you tried running and didn’t like it, as long as you gave it a fair chance, I won’t be offended. It’s not for everybody. I sincerely hope you’ve found something that gets you moving and that you love. If it’s running, that’s great, and I can offer advice if you want it, but if it isn’t, that’s OK, I’ll still offer support.
Maybe don’t try boxing.
