The final marble race of the year is here! Will Red Number 3 stay atop the podium, or will Ghost Plasma or Superball come from behind to claim first place? Let’s find out, shall we?
Most Marble Rally races feature a lot of crashes and a handful of DNFs. This one is smooth sailing all the way, though, with not a single marble getting stuck or beached. Red Number 3 and Ghost Plasma mostly hang back, content with their positions. Superball, however, gives it his all, trying to lift himself out of the bronze position. But unfortunately for him, Summer Sky, Comet, Marbly McMarbleface, and Quicksilver have other ideas. They spend most of the race jockeying for first place, with Summer Sky posting her best ever performance and eventually coming out on top.
In the end, though, this final-race effort can’t secure any of those four marbles a berth on the tournament podium, and the top 3 spots remain unchanged: Superball takes third; Ghost Plasma takes second; and once again, Red Number 3 comes out on top.
- I understand why they ushered the frog off the track, but I think living obstacles would be a nice twist on the formula.
- H2 Blue’s overall performance was embarrassing: only 14 points! The aquatic marbles really need to turn things around.
- Crazy Cat’s Eye came in fourth overall with three medals, more than any other competitor. Unfortunately, her non-podium finishes weren’t good enough.
That’s all for this year’s Marble Rally. See you next year for more marble racing recaps!
