  • The BBL is in full swing. Chris Jordan made the flying catch shown above for the Perth Scorchers. The Sydney Thunder are out to a 2-0 start, with another match vs. Adelaide in Canberra abandoned because of the Australian wildfires.
  • Pakistan won a Test match at home in Karachi vs. Sri Lanka, their first home Test win in the 2010s. Shaheen Afridi and Haseem Shah each took 5-fers and four different batsmen (Shah Masood, Abid Ali, Azhar Ali, and Babar Azam) hit centuries in Pakistan’s 2nd innings
  • The BCCI, ECB, and CA are proposing a yearly 50-over Super Series with one other team. Growing the game as always, these three boards.
  • The IPL Auction was held. Many crores were allocated. Pat Cummins did well for himself.
  • The Boxing Day Test is tomorrow night!
