In both the seeding and tournament rounds, I won’t vote except to act as a tiebreaker.

Also: I will add the season finale of Watchmen to the round four seeding list – it wasn’t nominated because it hadn’t aired yet, but if it’s anything like the start of the series, it’ll belong.
