In a Marble Rally race, a lot can change in a few seconds. A marble can break away from the pack and seize a big lead. A promising competitor can crash out. Several rolling racers can change position all at once. Within the span of a few feet, collisions and a tricky chevron thin a pack of 20 into a pack of 16. Favourable sand conditions notwithstanding, this was a tough race all around. In the end, El Capitan nabs the gold and jumps up five spots in the standings to second place. This is still anyone’s tournament.[footnote]Well, except for H2 Blue, because she only has 5 points.[/footnote]
