This thread is dedicated to me and my 31st birthday yes, but more importantly it’s dedicated to POSE!
It’s a wonderful show dedicated to the Black and Latinx LGBTQIA+ ballroom culture of the late 80s. I do mean “dedicated”, it seems like a lovingly crafted ode to that past generation, and it’s a celebration of the culture and community. I’m only a few episodes in but it’s just one of the purest and most beautiful shows I’ve seen in a long time.

Many (most?) of the cast are queer and/or trans people of color and that’s really awesome and long overdue. Anyways, go watch Pose!
