Morning Avocados:

I spent most of last evening corresponding with my mother who is on the same cruise ship as the child that died.  Needless to say, it was unspeakable tragedy.  Both my mother and my sister in law spoke to the family and they  are completely devastated.

Mitch McConnell: Obama and I are ‘both descendants of slaveholders’

On another note, Mitch is completely off his rocker. First, who says this… Second, unless he and Obama had a conversation I am unaware of is he assuming that all Caucasian people owned slaves.  I don’t agree with reparations either but this statement is completely tone deaf and probably inaccurate.
