“Like Father, Like Son” or “I Learned it by Watching You” was an anti-drug PSA delivered by the Partnership for a Drug Free America in 1987.
In the spot a father confronts his teenage son after the mother found a box with an unspecified controlled substance. The commercial ran for more than 10 years on American television. The much-parodied spot has been lampooned on Scrubs, Mad TV and even Kraft Mac and Cheese got in on the action.
The Wikipedia page (yes, there’s a Wikipedia page devoted to this commercial) lists the actor playing the son as Reid MacLean. He hasn’t done much acting since. In fact, his IMDb page only lists one credit, 1993’s Civil War, movie Gettysburg.
