Happy Friday! It’s Friday! There’s new music – and wow, there’s a ton of new music. No grasping at straws here. For me? There’s a new Prince Daddy & the Hyena, which I’m pumped as absolute hell for. There’s a little hometown bias for it, sure, but I’m also genuinely excited for what this second album is going to be. Maybe I’ll finally shut up about it after today. We’ve also got Outer Spaces (pictured) second album of chill rock, a new Thom Yorke solo album, Ingrid Michaelson is reliably good, Kim Petras is going to be some good pop, Freddie Gibbs & Madlib are finally going to drop their sequel to Pinata and… well, fuck why not, new 311.
