The quarterfinals are complete. We said goodbye to some wonderful protagonists, and now shall begin our semifinals.

The quarterfinals will decide which of these four characters will duke it out for first and which will duke it out for third.

Stray observations:

• Our dark horses are now all gone. Koro-sensei made it through every match up until now. To go from elimination to the quarterfinals is very impressive.
• Edward Elric, one of my favorites to make it to the semis, lost with the most points, at 17, against Vash, who won with the least points at 22.
• The highest point differential was between Koro-sensei and Usagi, with 17 points separating them.
• The gender differential has been pretty consistent here and our final four is half male, half female.
