These fine words were spoken a scant two years ago by Steppenwolf, a character who was serious about honoring mothers. He is a man who takes Mother’s Day seriously.  Disrespect mother, and he will try to beat you within an inch of your life but then ultimately get devoured by his own parademons because he stinks of fear.  Should’ve used Right Guard, Steppenwolf.  Also he didn’t know what he could find unless a little girl went with him on a magic carpet ride.

(That said… “Magic Carpet Ride” better be in the new live action Aladdin movie.)

Did you know that the Forever People (who are a bunch of drugged-out space hippies) can lay their hands on the Mother Box, yell “Taaru!”, and summon the Infinity Man?

That’s right… the Mother Box has always been kinda hopped up silly nonsense! Steppenwolf is not totally to blame for it’s ridiculousness!  Only MOSTLY to blame!

Though, the Justice League is totally to blame for not trying the”Taaru!” gambit.  It would have saved them a total of one Superman resurrection.  Imagine if Infinity Man showed up… and it’s Henry Cavill in a mustache.  MILLIONS OF MONEY IN SPECIAL EFFECTS SAVED, WARNER BROTHERS!

Also, Ted Turner and the folks behind Captain Planet totally owe Jack Kirby royalties.
