After a close round one, James extended his lead on DD2, then Adam made a big move on DD3 to keep it close going into FJ. The scores were James with $33,517, Adam at $26,999 and Jasmine with $7,800.

James and Adam were correct on FJ, with James adding $20,500 to win with $54,107 for an 18-day total of $1,329,604.
Strategy corner: By wagering nearly everything, Adam didn’t maximize his chances of winning, as he forced himself to be correct on FJ to have a chance. Also, despite Alex’s comments that Jasmine’s bet of $0 was “wise”, her only chance to win was to bet big, be correct and hope both opponents made large wagers and missed.
That’s before our time: No one knew the male star of “The Shop Around the Corner” is Jimmy Stewart.
This day in Trebekistan: Alex no longer feels like he deserves equal billing on “The James Holzhauer Show”, and thinks podcasts are like a children’s game.
