What’s your favorite chip? Are you a purist and only regular salted chips will do or is there a particular flavor you can’t resist? How much seasoning is too much? Do you have a local/regional brand that surpasses all other? Successes or failures in the home made department too.
The (random internet search) header photo is of home made chips and reminded me of the chips my father would make every now and then. As a kid I like things like Fritos better than store bought potato chips but the ones my dad made were the best. He made sure they were all crispy and well-salted. I haven’t tried to make any but maybe tonight’s the night.
