Hey, Kevzero here, I’m an amateur photographer based on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. I mostly take wildlife photo, but have been recently taking pictures of other things. This Week: Whales from the shore! It’s Springtime, and on Cape Cod that means the Whales are coming back! One of my favorite things to photograph are Whales from the beach. During the Spring, the critically endangered Right Whales, Fin Whales(the second biggest animals on Earth), and Humpback Whales come to the waters of Cape Cod. They come very close to the shore, making for an amazing view. In fact, in the case of the Right Whales, federal law prohibits boat coming closer to 500 feet to Right Whales, so, from the beach, you can actuality get closer to the whales than if you were on the water. So, for the next few months, if you looking for me, I’ll be out patrolling the beaches of Provincetown looking for the Whales!
