Today’s theme: Travel Food! “WTF is Travel Food, Duchess?” I hear you ask. Why, it’s a phrase I’ve just made up! Something you’ve eaten and loved while on vacation, or just a regular night out at a restaurant, and were determined to recreate it at home.
One of mine is salmon crepes I had in Lake Como, Italy. I don’t have a real recipe, but I’ve used the combination in a number of ways: smoked salmon, brie and arugula. In Italy, I had it as savory crepes, but I’ve used it on pizza too.
