Bet you thought you were free of my terrible headers, didn’t you? It’ll take a lot more to get ride of me!!! Anyways, I’m doing tonight’s Night Thread on one of my favorite avant-garde films, Peter Tscherkassky’s Outer Space.

It’s composed of scenes from the mostly forgotten horror movie The Entity, directed by Sidney J. Furie. Tscherkassky basically made a film nightmare like Inland Empire with this film, it’s got a wonderfully creepy and ominous tone. It’s only ten minutes long and can be watched here:
