The people have spoken and Radiance by Catherynne M. Valente has been chosen for our next Avocado Book Club discussion! Fans of The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet, never fear. We will cover it in the next ABC discussion.

Novel description:

Radiance is a decopunk pulp SF alt-history space opera mystery set in a Hollywood – and solar system – very different from our own.

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m not sure if the actual book can live up to that description, but I’m hoping it does.

This post is basically to decide if/how we’re going divide up discussion posts and to pick dates that will accommodate everyone’s schedules. Sound off in the comments below.
