With the pressing of a key, a partnership reformed, and the return of a villain, Season Three of Mr. Robot comes to a close. Tonights episode, like most others in the shows run, was bleak and occasionally brutal, but though lives have been destroyed (and in some cases, ended) the show still ends with a scene of something resembling hope, beautifully set to M83. But as Elliot says near the beginning of the episode, he’ll never learn. He’s still trying to save he world as the world becomes more corrupt and hellish each day.
What did you guys think of the finale, and the season in general? I thought it was more brilliance from Sam Esmail and co., but I wanna talk about it with other fans (or detractors).
