You are an executive at Warner Brothers and you have been tasked with re-working the highly valuable but troubled film division of DC Entertainment.  Justice League is doing well, but under-performing, and you need to figure out what the way forwards is, and what talent you need to steer this ship back on course.

What would you do?  Who would you hire?  What properties would you highlight?  Would you still attempt to create a shared universe?  Or would you find a way forward in stand-alone franchises with very loose or no narrative connections?
