The defendant was tried by a jury of his peers and found guilty on all counts of lizardry and lupine deeds brought against him. He was bused to a remote swamp in Florida to serve out his sentence. The crocodiles there had no use for a city crocodile and a lawyer crocodile at that so they tore at him with razor-sharp country teeth till there was nothing left of him.
MacCrocodile was found guilty. He was a Cog and a Night two Juror.

At the end of each day phase, the player with the most votes is named the Defendant for the night phase following immediately. If there’s a tie, the tied player who reached the most number of votes first is selected.

– Your strength is your vote and your intellect. You must use it to decide alongside everyone else during each day phase on the player to be put on trial and be named the Defendant for the night.
