Those of you who’d like to post future Creative Endeavors Threads post your request in the comments below. Hey, Kevzero here, I’m an amateur photographer based on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. I mostly take wildlife photos, but have been recently taking pictures of many other things. This week: Old Gravestones at Dennis Ancient Cemetery. The Dennis Ancient Cemetery is located directly in the middle of Cape Cod. It’s a medium sized cemetery with graves that date back to the late 17th century. Though most of the gravestones are either unmarked, unreadable, or lost to time; the intact gravestones that remain are some of the most somberly beautiful of the Revolutionary Era on the Cape, The oldest readable and intact headstone in the cemetery is the grave of Marcy Beery who died at the age of 19 in the year 1713 (the first picture). Here are a few of my favorite pictures I’ve taken of this picturesque cemetery.
