Welcome to another year of NFL weekly threads here at The Avocado! I’m proud to help our positive and silly community work through their professional football desires week by week, regardless of the issues within the league and world itself.

I admit that this one will be relatively short since I’m traveling this week and hopefully this thread posts correctly in the meantime! I suppose if there were trends from the NFL based on how little I’ve viewed of preseason, it’s that everyone is injured, the Rams look like an all-star squad, the same hopeless teams remain hopeless, JJ McCarthy is still somehow on the Minnesota Vikings and, finally, Sam Darnold is still a Super Bowl champion.

And don’t forget that the first two weeks of the NFL season often feel like preseason in quality due to the lack of reps teams have in the actual preseason. So, in the words of the late, beloved Prestidigititis – let’s hope for some CHAOS out there.
