Today is only the 99th day of 2026 so I’d like to talk about 99th issues of series.

Usually I ask what’s your favorite or most memorable Xth issue but… are there any memorable 99th issues? Were any of them special in their own right or are they all just setting up for the 100th issue? Did any make an impression?

What was the last series you remember that reached 99 issues? With or without legacy numbering.

Is there a series being published now that you expect to reach 99 issues?
