“icesnort” is a YouTube channel. In addition to having a username which you shouldn’t Google unless you want to be informed “help is available” immediately after doing so, they are best known for doing videos about Snow Miser every December. No, that may not be explaining it properly. What they essentially do are shitposts in video form. No, that’s not right either. They produce YouTube Poops on a committed level rarely seen on the platform today. Like this shit takes serious effort. I’m talking dozens–no, hundreds–of the most insane videos featuring Snow Miser you could possibly imagine. Just as Rankin/Bass intended.

Now, these could be called an “acquired taste”–a term which sounds way too sophisticated given I’m talking about a YouTube channel which has devoted multiple videos this year to an apparently real album titled The Original Fart Collection (honestly, I’m not going to Google it to find out, especially since Google already thinks I’m a cocaine addict). They’ve been doing this for so long that the videos have recurring characters (including the Green M&M and Jeb Bush, just as a Rankin/Bass intended), ongoing storylines, and fucking lore. Characters frequently die, but are almost always sent to the hospital, where they make a “full recovery” so they can return for another madcap adventure.

So here is just a sampling of what this channel offers in its many demented delights. Maybe you’ll laugh. Maybe your jaw will drop in utter confusion. Maybe you didn’t even have to check to see that this was a Scrat header. Maybe you’ll find Scrat even more annoying now than you already do. And maybe you’ll think this is what things are like inside of Scrat’s mind, nod your head, and say to yourself “yeah, that makes sense.”

I’ve tried to select the least confusing samples possible. Sort of. Not really. Honestly, it’s hard to tell. And if you do enjoy this, there’s much more where it came from.
