Welcome back to the Movie Club selection process! It’s been about a year and a half since this started and we have finally completed the initial list of films, so it’s time to pick some more.

This time around we will not be using themes as I found that it created some unnecessary confusion around the process and when certain films would be discussed. I will still randomize the list, but if people want we can still watch seasonal movies where appropriate if any are suggested, just let me know. Otherwise, the rules are very simple: Comment with your choice of ONE movie! Anything your heart desires and wants to make your fellow Avocadians watch, or at the very least, me, because you can be sure that I will watch everything! 

Otherwise, everything else will remain the same, with discussions posted on Fridays on a biweekly basis. As a general reminder, the next thread is being postponed a week due to the holidays, so we will meet to discuss Werner Herzog’s Stroszek on January 2 at 12PM EST.
