Wow, we have a baseball championship that might be truly called a “world” series. Well, given the international flavor of every team’s players maybe this is less than earth shattering. However, this should be a fun one: will the Dodgers continue to look like they did all postseason? Will the Blue Jays keep the balance to shock the prognosticators? This has the makeup to be a fun one!

So, in the interests of keeping it fun let’s have a few agreements:

1. Let’s not turn this into a bunch of USA vs Canada posts. There’s plenty of places to express that stuff that isn’t here.
2. Don’t make personal remarks about fans of any team, even those not in the series. Even when meant in jest it’s not fun and not in the spirit of the thread

So, let’s get down to the games shall we?

I think we’re all hoping for 7 games and some zaniness. Personally I’m hoping for at least one game a piece for each team where they hit 10 home runs and still lose.  Maybe a scoragami? And I hope there is a game where there is are shutouts going into the 15th. And I’m hoping for some Willie Mays style defense out there. Style, always style.
