Welcome to The Avocado’s weekly discussion of Japanese pop culture! As you all know I am literally always wanting to be in Japan. But right now, I really, really, really want to be there because all of the Mrs. GREEN APPLE 10 year anniversary celebrations look so amazing! I want to go to the Shibuya Tsutaya exhibit! I want to see the incredible displays at Miyashita Park and visit the pop-up shop!! Maybe it’s a good thing I’m not there because I would be spending all the money…but still. I want to celebrate my favorite band! The good news is I can look at pictures and watch all the videos, so yay for that. And the album released this week, so I get to listen to that on repeat. The new song made me cry, a totally normal thing I’m sure.
