Werewolves 237: Guardians of Ga’Wolf – Day 1

The scratching of talons and shuffling of feathers filled the normally quiet Parliament Hollow.

“Thank you for meeting on such late notice,” Boron, the King of the Ga’Hoole Tree, greeted the sleepy owls. “The Navigation Chaw returned from their journey with urgent news.”

Boron gave the speaking perch to Strix Struma, a Spotted Owl, “We noticed many forest fires starting up in the Kingdom of Ambala. We have reason to believe that St. Aegolius is behind the fire.”

The owls forgot their sleepy demeanor as Parliament exploded in outraged hoots.

“Those dirty hatchling snatchers!” Bubo boomed.

Strix Struma clacked her beak at the thunderous noise. Parliament settled down and she continued, “That wasn’t the only activity we noticed. There looks to be a new extremist group, obsessed with Tyto albas, or Barn Owls.”

An old Whiskered Screech Owl limped forward, “I’ve seen this before. They called themselves the Pure Ones. They’re ruthless in their belief of Barn Owl superiority over all owls.”

“Great Glaux. What does this mean, Elzyryb?” Boron asked.

Elzyryb studied his missing talon on his left foot, “It means that the Guardians must uphold their oath to protect the owl kingdoms once again.”

Ties will result in all tied Owls being killed.

Should a GA’HOOLE (Guess Amoral Hooligans Or Our Lives End) scenario occur, auto-kill will not come into effect until all living players have voted.
