Welcome to another 30 day challenge which in honor of spooky season will cover the topic of Pop Culture Villains!

For an antagonist to be effective they have to pose a certain level of threat, and there can be a certain fun in cranking up that threat level as far as it can go- sometimes too far. Where we covered master strategists in tuesdays prompt, we now turn to villains who are just absurdly personally powerful, whether through limitless physical strength/durability, an insanely useful ability, or nigh omnipotence.
Regardless of what flavor we’re talking about, the main prompt of today is: what are your favorite ludicrously powerful villains? Do you enjoy this trope? Who was superpowered in the most fun way?
