The Wednesday Politics Thread Checks In

Hi friends, and welcome back to Wednesday. I feel like it’s been a whirlwind of a few weeks — personally and politically, it’s been a lot, and I know it’s been the same for many of you here as well.

So I thought today might be a good day to take a mental health check. How are you doing? Is there anything the PT can do to support you? A helpful technique I sometimes do when I’m tense is progressive relaxation. This involves tensing up one muscle group at a time and then relaxing them, starting from the bottom of your body and working your way up. So if you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed by the world today, give it a try.
