Probably one of the best things about Redbox was finding movies I missed in theaters. Sinister was one such movie. I rewatched this one last October and it still scared the absolute shit out of me. Ethan Hawke’s acting career was rejuvenated thanks to horror films. He does a phenomenal job in this movie and you can see his decent into obsession and madness as he tries to uncover the truth about the movies he finds in his attic. The ending was one I didn’t see coming.
