Yes, we at RC Cola were once able to afford lengthy television ads starring a popular celebrity. I know, we’re as surprised as you are.

I noticed that, the last few Ad Spaces, I was coming down pretty negative on the ads I highlighted. Even if I thought they were funny or well-made, I questioned how marketing professionals thought they’d be a good way of selling anything.

Well, I don’t wanna be a Negative Nelly, so this week I want to share some commercials that’re just all-around good productions. A catchy jingle, a beautiful/charismatic performer in Nancy Sinatra, loads of hip-for-the-time Swingin’ Sixties style, and plenty of shots of the cola being sold, with so much condensation on the glass it looks like the most refreshing drink on the hottest day of summer.
