Beyond Donkey Kong, the Marioverse IP is so big that its no wonder its been able to branch out with titles for other mainstay characters. Not all of them are strictly platformers, though they can take a lot of cues for them, and I figured this month was a good chance to get some somewhat undersung games a place in the spotlight. Did I consider postponing this challenge to after the release of Princess Peach: Showtime? Yes I did.
