How do you tell your stories? First Person? Third Person Omniscient? Other?

Do you switch points of view or stick with one the whole time? Is there a point of view you prefer to read or write from? One you especially dislike? Do you spend a lot of time thinking about which point of view to use? Do you switch it up or always use the same one?
