Today is Ray Bradbury’s birthday so I decided to make today’s Day Thread about one of his most known and loved books, Fahrenheit 451. This dystopian book was originally published in October, 1953.

There was a film adaptation done in 1966 by François Truffaut.

Bradbury published a stage play version in 1979 and helped develop a 1984 computer game titled Fahrenheit 451, and a collection of his short stories, A Pleasure to Burn.

HBO released a television film based on the novel in 2018, which is Emmy nominated. Have a great day!
