It’s late Saturday night, food thread eve. I just realized I hadn’t made a post and don’t have a topic. Tonight we made stuffed potato skins. Baked the potatoes a couple days ago and scooped them leaving about 6-7mm of flesh inside the skin. Today we took a few of those and dropped them in the deep fryer for about 5 minutes. After draining we filled them each about 3/4 full of shredded cheddar cheese and broiled them. We ate them with sour cream and home-made ajvar. I’m full now but could be convinced to go out for ice cream.
