The Kākāpō Night Thread (12/18/24)

The kākāpō, also known as the “parrot owl” or “owl-faced parrot,” looks like this:

Indigenous to New Zealand, the kākāpō is a heavy, flightless parrot with very few members left in the world — roughly 250 (Jeez, I have more than 250 Facebook friends, and I’m antisocial!). They can’t fly, but they can climb, and they use their whiskers to get around. They’re cats. Owl-Parrot-Cats.

Have a great Night Thread, Avocados!
