I am quite aware that The Avocado generally supports Lifetime movies with their insanity compared to heartwarming Hallmark fare. However, in the continued attempt to make these NFL headers weirder and weirder, here’s the SECOND film collaboration between the NFL and Hallmark. Yes, second one, as they did the exact same premise only involving the Kansas City Chiefs last year.
The first film, titled Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story, apparently featured copious amounts of Trent Green. This is according to a Defector article (free gift link!) discussing both films and what it all means.
But what the hell does “Go for four” mean? You cannot score four points at once in football! This pun makes no sense! I’m sure the movie explains it.
And goodness, look at the cast of actual Buffalo Bills players past and present that make cameos in this movie. Even Bills head coach Sean McDermott gets screen time!
