Hey, all; Happy And Healthy Friday –
Hope all’s well with you, this week. Back in the day, Fridays used to be weirdly paradoxical experiences for me. They were usually our catch-up day, to make all the calls and complete all the paperwork we couldn’t get to during the week; and that usually meant getting to work at your own pace. Attached to that feeling of freedom however, there was still an undercurrent extreme tension as you still tried to be productive as possible before the day ended.
Well, I may not longer have that job, but the feeling remains. Currently though, it involves planning the travel details for my cousin’s wedding in September, and all the costs and scheduling issues involved therein; not helped by either the current state of the economy making the cost of air travel all the more dear…Or the cost of a personal trainer needed to help me slim up for the festivities. I’ve got time to save for both, sure, but never enough as one would like to have before the deadline. I hope that you’re all able to manage your responsibilities in work and play to a manageable degree, as well, but if you’ll excuse me, I need to start fixing some salads for the week.
