Cordelia Chase was not having a good day. No one had complimented her brand new outfit and, as if that wasn’t bad enough, she had a creepy crawly feeling she couldn’t shake. It felt as though she was being watched. Not in the “wow Cordelia, you’re so cool and we should totally hang out sometime” way, in the “heavy breathing from an unknown caller” kind of way. Ew.
She was pondering all of this strangeness when she heard a knock at the door. And who was it but some totally freaky pizza delivery nerd who clearly had the wrong house number. That was all she needed.
“Um, excuse me, do I *look* like I’d be ordering a pizza?” she said to the delivery girl on her front porch. “Maybe learn to read.”
“Cordelia Chase, right? I think someone called this in for you – as a surprise! They said you looked like you needed a little cheering up.”
“What? Who – ugh. I don’t have time for this. Are you waiting for a tip or something? It looks like you need it. Come in while I grab my dad’s wallet…”
Darla smiled and walked through the dront door.
Cordelia Chase (Laura) is dead. She was town! Every night she could look to see if someone had performed any actions (motion detector).
